Let me tell y’all this lady names Jazmin without an e is amazing she was extremely helpful and completely understanding with my phone situation and was able to fix all my problems and walk out of there with a brand new iPhone 16 she’s awesome and funny as hell and she’s a great person to just talk too I can imagine she’s awesome to hang around with after work but talk to check the store out and ask for her she’s amazing and will definitely do everything she can to get you a new better phone for a low price she definitely deserves a raise

Wonderful service friendly Jazmin without a e was amazing! She had us fixed up within 30 minutes with new phones even helped my husband transfer his stuff over that he was having problems with she done great and had so many people in there and didn’t act stressed out at all for sure needs to be the face of the company

Went by today to get my service fixed. Jasmin was extremely helpful and pleasant 🙏 She got straight to fixing it and had the issue corrected within minutes! The best phone service customer experience I've ever had and I highly recommend her and the store!

Jasmin(hope that’s the correct spelling) was nothing short of amazing! My daughter and I had the best experience with her instore and via phone when needed! She’s very patient and welcoming to her customers! We were inside for an upgrade which is extremely time consuming and tedious. She kept us entertained and engaged the ENTIRE time! Jasmin provided excellent customer service that felt genuine and very natural! The store had a great selection of appropriate music playing and the vibe was top tier! The store was clean and organized! I’m very pleased with my services. I hope she is appreciated by the company as much as the customers appreciate her!! I could take my business anywhere I choose but I am supportive of business that have employees like her! She is doing an amazing job and representing the company well!

Worst customer service ever I just left there I've been sitting there for 45 minutes while the tender just sit on the phone I'll be with you in a minute it was all she would say I have other crap that has to be done this is ridiculous
