If I could give a negative star, I would. The run around that this store caused my 76 year old mom and 78 year old dad is unbelievable!!!! First of all they wanted to switch from T-Mobile to Cricket to save money on their plan. The manager, Stacy talked them into iphones!!! Now we have just now gotten them handling their SamSung phones and she switched them - they had no idea how to use them. PLUS she couldn't get my 76 year old mom's contacts to move over and told her she'd have to write them down from her old phone and put them in - of course this is pictures, apps, all the things mom has acquired in her 10 years of having a cell phone - always an Android! Wouldn't give them the free phone they were advertising nationwide for opening a new account. Charged them for the iphones - sold them unlimited which they do NOT need - and they paid over $500 and they were so confused. They went back the next day and asked for an android and were told to go to Florence, Florence store couldn't help them so they went back to Muscle Shoals store and wound up trading their iphones back into androids - they told them it was an even swap and gave them the crappiest phones Android makes and took their iphone cases and said it was an even swap. I'm so angry at what this service department put my parents through I could just cuss a blue streak!

this location was awful only because the lady that worked there, Victoria I believe. for christmas I decided to get my daughters phones. I came in and a guy named Brandon was very polite and was handling the transaction well. Victoria was pretty much making him seem stupid when he clearly knew what he was doing. long story short I was charged for activation fees before my phone was even activated, the phone didn't work. we took the sim card and put it in another phone, it worked. On Christmas we woke to my daughter's line being suspended. I came in the next day and was told the other phone wasn't compatible. cool. I purchased another phone for 39 dollars and was gonna be charged 80 dollars! for an activation fee! Victoria wouldn't waive the fee, said she could but she isn't bc I didn't do my job? I didn't realize I worked at cricket! anyways called the Russellville location they handled me well, waived the fees and all is good? I usually don't leave reviews but she had me heated she does not need to be in customer service at all.

Omg I love the new manager here at cricket I've been a customer for a long time and she's awesome such a great Improvement from what it used to be it's so clean and nice so welcoming Soo happy with the new improvement's keep up the great work ??

Heads up before you go into this location. The sales reps red and mark are awesome but management has changed and there no longer able to really assist in helping a customer when it’s urgent or in special circumstances. When you go in you will receive a price after what you want is determined. What will that price include? The phone plan, the phone if you don’t get a free one, activation fee and also you will be forced to buy a case or screen protector. On top of having to receive insurance. The manager will say it’s necessary but it is not. If you don’t like the price they give you then you will be awaiting there time and they will let you know it. Customer service is about helping the customer and with a local business like it is doing events and fundraisers then it might would consider helping the community members out a little more? It’s not about that. Also the taxes at the end of the check out will be outrageous. They tax you for city county education and state taxes but none of that is goin to the local city schools or even the county schools. Taylor Ramey has no respect for customers as if you read from previous customers and now she is the area manager of these locations. I warn you take your business to another company or do everything on line. Like I said mark and red are great so I don’t want to risk them losing there job bc of poor management decisions because 3 write ups and your fired. It’s the policy.

Management was terrible. Went in to swap carriers last week and the “manager” (Tayla/Taylor, I think) was very unprofessional and rude to me and even her staff! I’ve been in previously and miss the old management they had with Chad, he was very friendly and helped me to figure out prices on a phone and plan for my sister. The salesmen were very nice, didn’t catch their names but it was a red headed guy and a tall, skinny guy with long, blondish hair. I’ve learned since then through outside sources that she is WRITING HER EMPLOYEES UP if they don’t FORCE customers to buy accessories (case, screen protectors, etc) with manipulation tactics or lying!! Those boys need to be given a raise for simply dealing with her and she needs to be FIRED. I plan to call the company and make a formal complaint but everyone PLEASE BEWARE!!

Great customer service. I was always iffy after past experiences with this branch but these guys rocked it! My husband's phone wouldn't hold a charge they went over all options. And...went to another Branch to get the phone he wanted. Truly gave us new perspective on Cricket!
