This is my first time in the Muscle Shoals CVS although I’ve used many across the country and have always been loyal to the brand.
The store had boxes in aisles, signs of unfinished stocking randomly placed and it didn’t feel clean the way CVS usually does. Lots of cluttered shelves. The pharmacy experience was not personable at all; answering my questions (maybe) without even looking at me and not letting me finish my questions or statements. They were very rushed but I was the only one in the store pharmacy line. It’s medication, insurance, advisement and was simply impersonal, more help getting fries from McDonalds. The staff in the pharmacy did seem to be enjoying themselves. The moment I entered the store, everything seemed off, the clutter, no help, hard to navigate finding items and the pharmacy just was not a CVS PHARMACY.
The beauty of moving to new town is to try new places but also to rely on your “go to brands” to never change unless with the times. A drug store that’s more like an old DG. I just came from a neighboring pharmacy where the Pharmacist and store were up to par, and have been four years, meeting my normal expectations of the CVS brand. This visit was very, very disappointing since I depend on my visits to also include shopping for essentials. Next time, I’ll try the drive thru but it’s sad that I’ll think twice before shopping in this particular CVS. Thankfully, there is a Walgreens directly across the street.

CVS is supposed to accept UPS packages but twice I’ve been turned away because their shelf is not big enough to hold a box that a normal person can carry. Please get a larger shelf. This forces a trip 6 miles across the river just to drop off a package.

Open when need to fill prescriptions. Always able to answer all questions and explain medication. Very helpful even when transferring prescriptions from out of state. Professional

CVS pharmacy customer service is horrible. You can't talk to anyone when you call. You have to leave a message and hope they call you back. That's ridiculous, and very poor customer service. I won't be using them anymore.

I go here for the price of my medicine. When I started taking a certain medicine I was paying $40. Then I swapped to Publix and paid $20. One day Publix didn't have my meds so I got it transferred to CVS and ended up paying $10 do it makes sense to get it from them for the price. The staff has been friendly and helpful also

I use CV s because I Di stay half.The time in Atlanta now need a diverse pharmacy.
I really do hate Call on CV s it's like a nightmare.Most of the time the people are nice.But do you like the fat or open 24/7?And that lions Alabama that close early overall.Yes I like them

By far the worst place to get prescriptions filled. Doesn't matter if it's this location or any other CVS. You will always hear the same excuse on why it takes 8 hours to fill one prescription. "We are behind" . If that's the case FIX that issue. Not my problem that you are supposedly filling the prior days orders. My doctor sends the prescription to you and you fill it. Why do I have to wait all day and some of the next because of your issues? Your automated system might just shut that thing down because that little estimated time of when your prescription will be ready is complete bull. CVS is a joke and will always be a joke. This place is horrible. Be nice if your actions backed up all the automated messages on how you care about the patients. Absolutely worthless
