Where most places have thrown customer service out the window just because they can. This place was awesome. They took the time to explain what was going on and made sure that I understood the consequences for not fixing it. They took care of what I needed Awesome experience. I got an appointment for an alignment on my 2024 Mustang at 1pm, dropped my car off almost an hour early, came back two hours later and car had not even been pulled into a bay yet. They told me a certain guy had to do it because the lane assist had to be calibrated so I left and said I would be back later, 30 mins after I left they called me and said they couldn’t do it because their machine wouldn’t do a 2024.. did nothing but waste my time, you would think they would have told me this when I originally made the appointment considering they knew my car was a 2024 when we originally spoke.

Onye the supervisor is such an understanding and fantastic guy to work with, who really sympathizes with your needs! Might be a corporate owned operation, and yea, parts are generally marked up in price, but they've almost always have had my car done the day I took it there and they are very friendly and knowledgable, and have saved me money every time I've needed their help just about. You won't feel like it's corporate based through their kindness, you'll feel like they're your neighbors (the good kind). Also, I ask a LOT of questions and they are very patient with me in wanting to understand everything going on with the car lol 🙌🏻🙌🏻

Took my truck in for an alignment, one of the main services they offer. After 4 hours sitting in the waiting room and watching them take my truck in and out of the garage over 5 times , hearing the technician whine/curse to me that he is frustrated it has taken him over 4 hours and still he couldn't get it right, after watching Ronnie speak down to the technician and seeing them quarrel, & after being told by Ronnie that the reason the vehicle was pulling to the right dramatically was because the roads that surround the store are uneven, Ronnie said I was good to go, I told him I felt uneasy about the work and their uncertainty that my truck was aligned(it was not, it was still pulling bad to the right and shaking (neither of which was occurring when I brought the truck in). When I told him this he got butthurt & defensive (its an ongoing theme w these guys)and he threw my keys at me and said no charge and see ya later. I went and drove the truck and it was completely unsafe to drive. I came back and said I was not satisfied and suggested I leave it overnight and let the store manager Onye and a different technician a chance to get me right the next day which Ronnie agreed. 6 minutes after they opened the next day, Onye called and said there was nothing he could do. He was argumentative and unwilling to listen so I got off the phone and drove down there. In person, he said it was my truck and not him or his team. He was also extremely rude to his head technician in front of me and other clients. It was quickly apparent that he has a chip on his shoulder and I knew it was not worth trying to speak any further with him. He said I'm going to have them set the alignment back to what it was when I came in and I allowed it. I did another short test drive and pulled the truck into the surrounding parking lot of the firestone where it sat for 10 days while I tried to reach higher management to discuss my experience with this location. I felt it unsafe to drive the vehicle so I just left it there until I got things figured out. After about 2 hours of phone calls and also having to rent a vehicle to make an out of state trip that I would have driven my own truck for, I finally got a call from the district manager Neil. Neil was defensive out of the gate and said that an alignment wouldn't cause any of the issues the truck had when Onye and his crew dismissed it to me and said it was safe to drive. He didn't care. I therefore asked to speak to his higher up and eventually got a call from the only person I can personally say that works for Firestone and actually lived up to Firestones promise to care, Regional manager Ryan. Onye & Ronnie & Neil definitely do not care about you or your vehicle. Ryan listened to me and I agreed to take the truck to a different store & let them align it & he asked me to get back with him afterwards. I did exactly that and Bob's in Muscle Shoals got it in & out in under an hour & it is driving perfectly now & since. Ryan compensated me covering my rental car & the bill from the other auto shop. Thx Ryan. My rating has nothing to do with your part in this all. But as for this location, avoid it like the plague. They'll jack your rig up and then tell you it safe when it isn't. They will act like you're an a$$hole when you question the work. Their incompetence may cost you to not have your rig for days on weeks. Might cost you worse than that in the likes of an accident and/or worse. It could cost you to have to rent a car. It could cost you hours and hours of waiting and trying to get answers. Just avoid them. They are truly struggling down there. And lastly, thanks to Onye & Ronnie & the insanely talented Neil, I will NEVER buy or use any of Firestone/Bridgestone services/products again. I guarantee ya, those three don't give af. They are horrible ambassadors for the brand and I feel sorry for the employees that work under them. I will tell as many folks as I can about this experience and will highly recommend

Went here and got my one of my tires replaced due to damage from going flat overnight repeatedly. Price is a little higher than I was happy with, but the service was fast and good.

Onye Pamasa (Firestone, Muscle Shoals) and his team always take excellent care of me and my truck.
This Firestone location keeps my 2023 Silver Dodge Ram 2500 safe and reliable for my business travels and family trips.
Example: I think the gentlemen's name was Andy, made a special phone call to "Wheels" on my behalf to speed up the approval of an alignment on my service vehicle and went above and beyond to make my experience exceptional.
I would like to nominate this location as a Diamond Service Center in the Firestone family.

Estimated 80$ for an oil change in a 4 cylinder Nissan rogue. Compared to roughly 50$ at other companies. Save yourself some money and go somewhere else if you’re needing an oil change on short notice.
