My foster puppies thought my phone (Samsung Ultra 22) was a toy, so when it fell out of my pocket, they played with their " new toy". My phone, which I loved, would ring but the screen was yellow and black. I thought I would have to buy a new expensive phone but after talking to my service store, I learned a new model was coming out in a month so no phones! It was suggested to me to try imobile on Woodward Ave. I sure was glad that I took that advise! Moe fixed my phone THAT DAY! They were such nice people and I had fun playing with their pet robot, Atlas!! DEFINATELY 5 STARS!!

I brought my phone in last night. It wouldn’t turn on, it needed another battery and digitizer. I brought it messed up to the point where I didn’t know any more they called me the next day and said it was ready to pickup. I can’t wait to get it this afternoon. I definitely recommend.

I needed a factory reset on my Samsung. I had never been to this store before, but the reviews here and on FB led me to Muscle Shoals. I walked in around 2pm on a Saturday and was out VERY fast! The young man working has TOP NOTCH customer service skills. I was nervous about not only my photos being lost, but also all of my contacts. He made sure that everything was restored and he absolutely did not have to do that for me. He saved the day! My family will forever use him for our cell needs.
