My sewing machine which I bought from this company in 2021 was kept a year, then I was told that there was no warnanty on my machine, which I did have at the time I sent it in for service. I thought the service people were good until this time. My husband and I are on a monthly income, so any amount of cost is hard for us. They told us we would have to pay labor which was over 200.00 dollars, so my husband refused. This was a present from him to me. I would be careful about repairs with this company. I will not buy from them again, because at least after a year there should have been some kind of compensation from them. I do not normally leave bad reviews. Thank you

I ordered the Janome 8400 from Ken's. It arrived a few days later, I was thrilled. Unfortunately the machine has some issues. They aren't major, but they do affect my sewing. I reached out to customer service through email. I described exactly what the machine was doing and asked for options for taking care of the problem. No response. Several days later I called the service number and left a message, even mentioning the no response to my email. No response. I'm very disappointed.

Excellent experience!!! Customer support was very supportive when my machine was delays through ups. They answered all my questions. I've bought 2 machines now through them, sewing and embroidery! Can't wait to upgrade to an industrial machine. Will definitely use them again!!!!! And I'm not local, I'm in Sevierville Tn area.. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great Selection for competitive pricing. Wonderful Customer Service. I purchased an Industrial Iron 10 month ago. It started having problems, so I emailed store. Owner, Kevin replied to my email the same day and since Iron was under the warranty, problem was quickly solved. Great professional who knows his stuff. Thank you!

I ordered the Juki HT710 over the phone on Monday morning. UPS delivered it Tuesday afternoon! It's perfect! They gave me a nice discount and a free Dritz trolley. The staff are 5 star, super nice and very helpful.They've gained a customer for life.

I have sewn for many years and I spent way too long researching which machine I wanted next. I called another online retailer, who upsold me so much that I called 30 min later and canceled my order. I waited another week or two, because I wanted to be really sure that I got the machine I wanted. They are not cheap and I keep them for a very long time.Olivia answered the phone and was helpful, patient, sweet and honest. She answered all my questions. I decided to go with a brand I had not heard of before, but had gotten great reviews online. AND, the color was so pretty I couldn't resist. It is exactly what I was looking for.She got my order placed on a Saturday morning, it shipped Monday and was across the country to my front door by Friday! Packaging was great.I have had a chance to test it and use it. It's perfect and I love it!!I purchased an Elna Elnita EF1(straight stitch) for bag making and quilting. I needed an in between machine. I have a heavy duty cylinder arm, and a Babylock Quiltiing/Emrodery Machine. This machine is like butter. I have named her Pixie (all my machines have names) and she is perfection. I am so glad I called Ken's! If you are still reading this, they are great! They answer emails, and calls.They get back to you! Customer services is A+++. Thank you so much. I will be ordering from y'all again

I ordered my Horn sewing chair from Ken's because I like his videos on several products. He is knowledgeable and easy to follow.Customer service was beyond stellar. Staff was kind and very patient when I needed to call. Delivery was incredibly fast and most of all, I love the color of my chair. It says lavander but it's textured and a bit richer, like wisteria.Thank you Ken's!!

I'm not going to tell you that you must buy from Ken's ..... BUT YOU MUST BUY FROM KEN'S !!Thank You to Ken's for making my purchase such a great experience.They answered all my questions and didn't rush me. I'm so happy that I decided to purchase my machine from them. This machine is not my dream machine.... It's only what I could afford right now ( and it was a fantastic deal )But you can be sure that when I'm ready to purchase my dream machine and anything else sewing related I will be calling them again.Thank You Ken's !!

I ordered a serger from Kens and there was a problem with my UPS delivery. I called and talked to Amanda and she went out of her way to help me. She got my package re-delivered and I picked it up the next day.

Over the past few years I have had several successful transactions with Ken's. That was not the case last week. i ordered $1,200 worth of product that was listed as "in stock" on their website. They quickly charged my credit card then generated a UPS shipping label so it appeared my purchases were on the way. They were not. After several phone calls the store admitted they did not have the product in stock, but it would be here "today". I was told "today" for three days in a row. I asked for, and promptly received a refund. This is very unethical and they have now lost any future business from me.

I got a refurbished juki hzl-300 for a good price, and Ken's actually gave me an upgraded model for free! Not sure why, but I will take it obviously (it came with a note about being the upgraded model, so it's not a mistake). It came with a bunch of extra parts and looks completely new and seems to function well so far. The only hiccup was I had to fiddle with the payment when I was buying it because I couldn't match the address to my card, but I understand why a small business would be cautious and I am thankful that they are at verifying cards and addresses at least. That probably won't be an issue for people who want to ship to directly where they live which is most people. But shipping was much quicker than I expected and it was packaged super well. It even came with the instruction manual and a couple of DVDs, it really does seem brand new. Awesome experience, highly recommend if you are getting a sewing machine online! The stores around me didn't have what I wanted and were insanely expensive, and I didn't want to deal with a second hand model from craigslist that wouldn't have a repair warranty, and this is a great option for those in the same boat.

I ordered a Babylock trolley for transporting my Altair. I looked all over. Ken's had the best price and Amanda even honored the 10 percent rebate after I had already placed my order. I ordered on August 8 and received it August 13 on a Sunday. Of course I was nervous ordering online but I would have no hesitation ordering from Ken's again. Quality, price and quick service - what more could you ask for.

I ordered a Janome MC 500e embroidery machine from Ken's and was so pleased that they sent the Limited Edition version (same price) even though I didn't order this one. Also, Ken's sent both bonus gifts with my machine, even though I was only expecting the one bonus gift that I opted for. The delivery via FedEx was quick and as expected. Thank you!
