“Thank you to Jade. She managed her store while filling propane bottles in the freezing temps, rain & sleet on Sunday, 1/14/24. She continued to fill bottles during the time that she was supposed to take her meal break. She even asked if it was ok with those in line if she took a much needed restroom break. All this while answering calls & continuing to do her job as manager. You don'tse e.his kind of dedication & customer service often anymore. “I love Lucky Dog!! They have been grooming my Jada ever since I got her. They work diligently to provide care and an amazing haircut! I live in Nashville now, but still bring her to Lucky Dog. I know she is treated right, because they tell me how much they love her!! Allie the receptionist is always so kind! Julie and all the other groomers who have worked on Jada have done a fabulous job. “Last winter my horse had a nasty cut on her jaw and due to the extra long hair I didn't see it until it was infected. The skin All fell off under her jaw. You could see the glands and bare meat on her jaw. I thought she was a goner for sure! I started her on 10cc of penicillin but no way to cover the area. I bought a bottle of spurrs big fix and sprayed it on 2 times a day and was totally amazed. after 3 days all the dead skin fell off and was growing back brand new! This is the most amazing product I have ever used! You can't tell anything ever happened to her! Love this stuff!!”
