Horrible customer service arrived at 5:59 on Sunday to grab 1 item for my daughters hair and door wasn’t locked and was welcomed with a rude were closed as I opened the door. I just needed to grab one item and the lady responded with Iv already closed the register. I offered to pay exact cash she still refused a sale. If a customer walk in at 5:59 I’m still a paying customer and deserve to be treated as such.

I got a uv top coat from here and I was expecting good quality, I instead got a top coat that no matter how long I put it in the uv lamp it doesn't completely harden, it's a no wipe uv top coat I'm doing everything you would do for any other one I've used but this one is not worth the 12 bucks I spent. Not to mention the workers made my anxiety worse going in there.

Very rude store manager today. My husband went in to get some root cover up. He has bought it at Sally's for years. She told him the kind he was asking for that they have never sold it. He told her he has been buying it for years and she told him No he hasn't.I am a Store manager for another company. I would never talk to a customer that way.Sally's, Do better hiring and training your staff. We have been loyal customers but we will not be back!

Just called to see if they had hair shears in stock & was told "Yes", and the price they started at. I told the woman I was on my way. Ten minutes later when I got there the place is closed!!!Saw her leaving at 5:23. ?

I spent almost 50 in there yesterday on 3 pls nails the new jail one less then 24 hrs they done broke going to get groceries when I was bringing them in got the good glue to they was beautiful

Suppose to also cater to MALES and barber supplies.. They no longer carry Clippers/trimmers in store.. so along with everything else you have to now start ordering those online too. Disappointing nonetheless.
