Walgreens pharmacy were dishonest with my wife, costing us a good amount of money. They went on to lie about it over the phone.She picked up her prescription and was charged an insane amount for it. I have the same prescription and get it for $15 with a coupon at a locally owned pharmacy. I called Walgreens and asked why they didn't use a coupon for my wife's prescription. I'll go over the lies they told me below:The lady who answered said they could not use a coupon in conjunction with insurance. This is a lie, as I do this all the time at my pharmacy.She told me that if she used a coupon instead of insurance the price would be about the same as what they charged my wife. This is a lie, as I have filled the same prescription with a coupon and no insurance for about $20.And finally, it should be noted that I have filled the exact same prescription at the very same Walgreens with a coupon in the past for $20-$25.Now granted, it's not a guarantee that I was lied to over the phone. The other option would be that the lady who answered was a moron who knew nothing about her job. Either way, if you use Walgreens pharmacy your prescription will be handled by a team of liars and morons who will make zero effort to help you in reducing the price.Go to a locally owned pharmacy. They actually care about you. Walgreens does not.

Inside is great. Drive thru is a mess. People shouldn't be allowed to drop prescription off AND sit and wait. Drive thru should be PICK UP ONLY.

Customer service is really lacking. Someone please teach the pharmacy techs how to take an insurance card over the phone. While you're at it, teach them not to openly disrespect and roll their eyes at paying customers.

For their lack of customer service skills alone I think everyone should abandon big box pharmacies and return to neighborhood drug stores. I tried to call the Muscle Shoals store shortly before opening and an employee would pick up and hang up the phone immediately. Three times. This, added with the rudeness of their pharmacy employees has lost them a very vocal customer.

HOW CAN YOU REFUSE PARTIALLY FILLING A PRESCRIPTION OF INSULIN FOR MY MOTHER IN LAW WHOSE BLOOD SUGAR WAS OVER 400 ??? SHE COULD HAVE DIED AND SO HAD TO GO TO A COMPETING PHARMACY TO GET SOME FILLED TO GET BY...... OUR ENTIRE FAMILY WILL NEVER SET FOOT IN A WALGREENS EVER FROM NOW ON!!!!!!!

The photo lab claimed to develop and print 120 film. That is not the case. They lost 2 rolls of my film and only sent 1 roll of negatives and no prints to me. The lady on the phone told me that I caused a huge mess by having my film developed. They then charged me 17 dollars for developing my film.
