About Capstone Pharmacy-Nauvoo
Capstone Pharmacy exists to serve the patients of Capstone Rural Health Center. As a participant in HRSA’s 340B Drug Pricing Program, Capstone Pharmacy is able to reduce the burden of medication cost for our patients.
Positioned above the Capstone Nauvoo clinic, our pharmacy is conveniently located for patients of that clinic, but welcomes prescriptions from any Capstone Provider.
Staffed by a Doctor of Pharmacy, patients are offered medication counseling at each visit, and should feel free to ask the pharmacist any questions concerning their medication(s).
Hours of Operation: Monday-Friday | 8:00am-4:45pm.
Last prescription is filled at 4:30pm.
Closed for Lunch: 12:30pm-1:30pm
