Always saying can't make it down drive way because they haven't tried to even do it. And not wanting to be back at work on time after lunch so you can pick up your package they was to lazy to deliver.

This place of "business" is a joke. I spoke with a woman on the phone today and she was possibly one of the rudest people I've ever dealt with. Zero customer service skills. She is a prime example of why the United States Postal Service is a failing business. Use UPS or FedEx.

Have not gotten medication from the VA this month. Said it was delivered when it was tracked. As for many other medicines that come in bottles.
