IS AN ABSOLUTE ASSET TO OUR FEDERAL UNITED STATES POSTAL SYSTEM- HIS KNOWLEDGE, EFFICIENCY, CUSTOMER CONSISTENCY REGARDING BUSINESSES LOCAL AND STATE WIDE IS BEYOND COMPARE- OUR BUSINESS, ( WE BUILD INFRASTRUCTURE NATIONWIDE) WE ALWAYS SAY " YOU CAN'T TEACH WISDOM" AND POST MASTER JAMES S. We love our local mail lady. She always goes above and beyond. She gets 5 stars. However, as a whole, the postal service isn't what it used to be. It can take up to 2+ weeks for mail to get delivered to its destination. The rates continue to be raised regularly. It's ridiculous and frustrating at times.

Went to send a package today and the man at the desk literally walked away when I walked in. I could heard him talking to his co workers in the back about other people. Was very unprofessional. Worst location I’ve ever been to.

Bad service. We don't get our mail on Saturdays until usually 3:00 and 4:30. During the week We have it by 2pm unless it is the lady driving the red looking wagon. There is no reason, unless its because she doesn't want to get up early, that it should be that late anytime. WE DONT LIVE IN HUNTSVILLE. Right now we can't afford a p.o. box, so I guess you could say we are dealing with until we can get a box. I should say its,the same,lady today in the red car and she is always on the phone.

They won't pick my mail up that I leave out unless it's left the day they pick it up, forget leaving it the night before. I use a postage meter and the reasoning is "it's not postmarked today." I can't help it if I put my mail out after they deliver in the morning. Can't get them on the phone either, always busy. Their hours are after I've gone to work and before I get home. Small town, small attitude.
