But when I arrived at this store they were swift let me return the item within policy rules. “Great people. At first there was quite a line. I was about to put the one thing I was getting back. But by the time I got up there there was no longer a line. Cashier was really quick to clear them out”

“Mrs Cooke the blonde lady with the black & pink jeep. is not professional & very rude. She didn't ring up my order correctly & I advised her nicely that the Scott toilet paper did not ring up correctly. the sale was buy 2 for $8. I advised her of her mistake. She told me she would have to void the entire order out instead of just fixing the prices. It was very rude and the customer behind me was inpatient. I told her to let the customer go ahead of me. But the customer wanted to argue with me & said oh come on lady. Mrs Cooke told me there was a line. mind you only 3 it 4 people. Even informed her that she could go ahead and take the other customers that I would wait. Mrs Cooke sided with the other customers remind you I let her continue to take the other customers. Then Miss Cook told me that I had would have to leave the store. I did not understand why she said I was the one being rude. Then she said if I didn't leave the store she was going to call the cops. I just want to buy the stuff that I was buying for my daughter's friend's birthday party and I need those items Can you please just fix it. Christian whether or not she had the authority to kick me out of the store. Oh honey I'm the assistant manager I could do what I want. She has very poor customer service skills instead of just asking me nicely if it was okay to take the other customers and have me wait. I even offered to her that I would wait for her to take the other customers. there's no need for her to kick me out of the store and call the police on me. Is the second time that she had made mistakes and rang up my items incorrectly and I had told the manager on her so for some reason she had some hatred towards me because I told on her. therefore she was wrong. I have copies of all my receipts and I even had another customer threaten me another time in the store and they did not ban that customer. not get rude I was not irate and I did not threaten anybody. feel like I was discriminated against and therefore I am filing a complaint which I did already.”

“The employees are always extra friendly and the store is always clean at the Ryland Pike, Huntsville Al store. I always shop this location, even if I have to drive out of my way to cone to this particular one. 5 stars for sure :)”

“Folks have been disgruntled about the neighboring Dollar Generals but I had a wonderful experience this morning! I stopped by at about 10 a.m. on 4/2 to pick up milk, but I looked at the DG App ahead of time to see if there were other items of interest. As I entered I was exuberantly greeted by the female employee at the register, who I presume is Lucy based on the name on my receipt! We conversed briefly about the new flavors of M&Ms. As I continued perusing the store, I was greeted by a male employee. He asked if I needed help finding anything, which I didn’t. And while I was there, a customer asked me if I knew where the crackers were and the male employee was there to direct him to the crackers. I ended up buying quite a few items and Ms. Lucy was professional and friendly as she rung up my items, making sure my applicable digital coupons were deducted from my purchase! There were a few boxes in the aisles but I was able to get around them. I will definitely return to this DG!”
