Sharon Johnston Park is a beautiful and peaceful place with lovely scenery. It is a great little park with nice level camping spots, good amenities, and plentiful parking. The park is very clean, featuring a clean laundry room, big nice clean restrooms, and a very clean public pool with a lifeguard. Visitors enjoy great water pressure and hot water in the showers. The park offers a wide variety of activities. It has a great playground, a pond or lake for fishing, and a picturesque disc golf course with a historic vibe. There are wooded areas, hills, trees, a rustic metal bridge, a beautiful stream, and small waterfalls, making it excellent for walks and professional or personal photography. The park also has old cabins, a rock wall, pavilions for events at reasonable prices, and even a skeet shooting area. It is animal friendly and has easy accessibility. Some visitors note limited nighttime lighting, which allows for enjoying the stars, and caution about poison ivy or oak in the summer with no drinking water available. The price is considered great, and many plan on returning.

Lovely park , great playground for little ones, and a pind that they stock woth fish for fishing rodeo. Abd you can have events there. I was at a vendor event, but there was bo advertising so the event went poorly.
