Keeps holding our packages after they say out for delivery. Saying we requested our packages to be held for pickup. What kind of nonsense scheme is this??

JUST PITIFUL!!! Lobby hours are supposed to be 8-4. Why is there always a hand written note which states the Lobby will open at 1pm. Umm!

When it says your open for pickup .. but the door says your not open until 1pm..
