“Arick is an exceptional young man who works at the 2491 McFarland Blvd Ste F, Northport, AL. O’Reilly‘s Auto Parts. He not only found a workaround parts to convert an old Trailer connector that could not be done with the recommended solution, this due to limitations of wiring. But he also took the trouble to install parts I purchased for the a workaround solution. He explained it to me just like he would to any 59-year-old man, but sensed my squeamish reception. All, who know me, take the tool from my hand near anything mechanical, like a good friend would take the keys from a drunk with intentions to drive.
