Cory and Holly were super helpful! The store was clean and the customer service was fantastic. This is my favorite CVS, I have been shopping here for years.

These pharmacists continually filled my prescription with a generic brand because mine was never in stock instead of just simply ordering the specific brand that I had them note on my account AND my Dr calling and specifically telling them to fill it with the name brand. They did it every single time and refused to order the correct brand. Switched to the location on Veterans Memorial and have had a 100% better experience.

I obtained my Covid vaccine today and then purchased a few items. I found an item that was looking for at other stores, but could never locate it.

They are the worst of trying to get any information on the phone.

I was standing in line at the pharmacy, the only customer, when the pharmacist looked at me and then closed the pharmacy gates. Incredibly rude.

This has to be the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Don’t understand why the employees are so rude! They tried everything in the book to come up with reasons they couldn’t fill my prescription! I am visiting from out of town and thank god I don’t have to use this place ever again! So thankful for my Star pharmacy I use in Huntsville!

This review is based off of two years of experience using this pharmacy and many prescriptions filled.I believe this pharmacy is a danger to the community based off of its disregard for following standard pharmaceutical rules and procedures. Upper management at corporate CVS should remove these individuals as quickly as possible before someone is injured by their incompetence and lack of ethics.I was, almost, handed an unmixed antibiotic prescription for a five-year old. If the individual receiving an unmixed antibiotic mistakenly administers this to their child it would likely be a medical emergency. At the last minute, they remembered it should be mixed seconds before handing it over. In addition, the medication was several days short of its prescribed length/amount. This can be harmful to anyone. Finally, they did not include a dosage cup or syringe expecting the clients to have this at home. This was the second time we were not provided any dosing cup/syringe for medication.I second the last review before this one. We have been told on several occasions that the doctors/nurse did not call in the prescription. The nurses at a major medical institution in Birmingham were shocked that they had to call the same pharmacist several times to confirm that it had indeed been sent over. This, again, was for a five-year old child this time in extreme pain from an injury. There are more examples from previous medications such as the pharmacists saying we never heard from insurance, etc, in order to fill the medication—yet the medication was $10.It is difficult to determine the reason these pharmacists act they way they do; but, we will never use them again. Having had no luck at any CVS in Tuscaloosa we figured this was par for the course, but this particular location is more than incompetent. We hope no one is injured from their actions in the future.

I have been doing business with CVS since they first opened in Michigan probably 24 yrs. I even worked for CVS for a while I really liked it. I move to Alabama been here 1 year this is the CVS nearest to my house. The pharmacy staff are rude the young girls they have working in pharmacy are so rude and both have attitudes. If you use this pharmacy you know who I am talking about. They always tell me my script was not sent by my doctor every single month. They run out of medication, constantly. It is supposed to be a 24hr CVS I went there at 230pm on a Sunday and it was closed. I called corporate office because when I moved here they added another profile and that was one of the reason my prescriptions were not showing up. So cooperate fixed it but they were still having a hard time every now and then I have to tell them to look for another profile. Oh and when the lady at the store was trying to fix my 3 different profiles they canceled my extra care card that has care pass a membership on it and I have had for 20+ years and instead of fixing it they tried to give me another card. I spend probably 200+ at this store a month sometimes more. Me and my husband take monhtly they medications. I use my coupons and extra care bucks, you get extra care bucks based on the amount you spend why would I want a new extra care card. I seriously have to find another pharmacy. Which is sad because CVS has always been great until I moved down here.

I’m shocked snd saddened at these reviews. I guess I’ve just been lucky —I’ve had probably 200 prescriptions filled here since they opened and I’ve never had any significant problem with a prescription and the service has always been reasonable if not always perfect, I think they are super busy and understaffed but I think they try very hard,

Seems counterintuitive to have a sign in the drive thru that says “Pharmacy Services Available in All Lanes” then when I pull into lane 2 to pick up a prescription I’m told I can only use lane 1. Had to circle back around and wait another 30 minutes for lane 1

The pharmacist and staff are EXTREMELY helpful and kind! I have been going here for over 2 years and I am always treated with respect and kindness upon entering the store and throughout the entire time I am there.I see people complaining about the staff and the waiting but I honestly have never had a single problem with the store. Yes during the pandemic there was a waiting time for a few weeks but that was actually everywhere I went during those rough days and weeks/ months. The staff was always kind during the pandemic days and I think that most people complaining about the staff. JUST have a everyday BAD attitude.... anyway I honestly have no complaints with the store or the staff! Matter of fact I am always just truly happy to see the staff and I get along greatly with everyone. Great place and great people!...Thanks,JoliePrada

I was diagnosed with COVID and i had to do a telemedicine appointment with my regular doctor from Mississippi. After my nurse called in the prescriptions the pharmacy staff lied and said the nurse did not leave it on the voicemail while my husband was there waiting. When my nurse called back the pharmacist was very rude to her and wouldn't take the prescription. I cannot go without my medication. Luckily Northside pharmacy took the phone call right before their office closed and filled it for me immediately so i would not have to wait another 24 hours. This location has always been irresponsible very rude ,abnormal wait times. if i ever use a CVS location in Northport at all it is only the 69/82 location they actually care about you as human beings and help you in every way they can. Do not use this Mitt Larry Location.
