Normally not one to do this, but I'll drive out of my way from here on out if I need something from harbor freight. I've been here on a couple of occasions picking up larger items and the past few times the manger ( bill?) was just plain rude. Tonight was the last straw with him though.

RUDE MANAGER!! Was charged a $10 restock fee for returning a $50 item that did not work and was never able to use. The manager said quite rudely that since it was purchased almost a month prior so in his mind it had been used. I informed him that I purchased a better one from amazon and I live 30 minutes away, which is why it wasn't returned earlier. But he just walked away leaving me no other choice but to pay $10 for a waste of time and money. Thanks.

I like badlands 12,000 Winches, interchangeable bumper hitches. I own 3. First I bought 14 2014 and been on the front of my f150 4x4, glade to get the wireless remote Very nice worth the money.
I bought 2 more 2 years ago.
Put 1 on my 2000 Lone Wolf 16ft trailer, works great. Loads the trailer also I can reposition it. Even if it sinks that winch and my badlands railroad jack picks up the trailer, no problem.
With 2 of the fancy trailer hitch bumper mounts on the front and back of my 1992 Tracker 4x4. I can move my 3rd badlands winch to the front or rear and use where I need the most. Also with right straps I can hook to a tree or other objects if needed.
Note- I put a 40 watt Harbor Fraight solar charger on the trailer and a O'Reilly 's battery.
Now there's plenty of power for the trailer winch anywhere.
Glad Harbor Fraight came out with that this year.
To bad their solar generation stuff is junk.

I love coming to this store. Great prices and an excellent selection of products. Plenty of parking and friendly associates who are always asking if you need help. The store is clean and so are the bathrooms. I come here often and will continue to do so.
