“I have been pleased with this agency from the first phone call to inquire about the insurance coverage they provide. The gentleman I spoke with was very kind and understood my situation, ( I had been terminated from another insurance co. & they did this in mid-day) he answered all my questions, I gave him my information and I was covered the same day. He went a little further and I was able to add my renters insurance as well, which I had not thought about, but I am glad he did. My husband & I was hit coming from Florida we were at a traffic light. Someone hit a guy and he hit us. This agency is a group of people that treats you the way they would want be treated, with respect, kindness and compassion, they understand life happens. “I truly can’t explain how amazing Amy Ridgway is. She has helped me with immediate thoroughness each time I have needed her. I was stranded for hours due to getting the runaround from various roadside services and called her as a last resort and realized that I should always call her as my first resort. She called a tow company herself and got them to me quickly. She then sent a follow up email later in the day to check on me. My car required a lot of work and I called her at 450pm, ten minutes before closing, and she was able to push my claim through by the end of the day.
