All of the employees having conversations with each other no one came to ask me if I needed help maybe I looked like a person who didn't have a Lowe's card which I do smh or maybe it was the fact that I was a female minority and I was dirty just getting off work .

Total lack of customer service. Very few employees on the salesfoor, all self checkout. This place seems to focus on commercial customers more that home owners. Ugh...

Where are the employees?? No carts inside store, service called twice for assist in hardware with no results, and no one to help load bags of mulch. Will be using services closer to home from now on. Good service is worth the extra $$.

My cashier was very friendly. The items I wanted where in stock. Prices are fairly consistent with today's inflation.

Had an amazing experience here at the flooring department with Terry! He was very patient and informative. Went above and beyond to help me with my carpet needs!

Today I was in the store and I had trouble finding an item that was shown online as in stock however, it wasn’t on the shelves. So Wes and Rashonda went out of their way, spending well over 45 minutes going through pallets of inventory in the back of house to find me this item. I was on a deadline to get this item installed in my business and I am forever grateful for the experience I had with them. If you’re ever inside this Lowe’s in Northport, look for Rashonda in electrical and Wes in flooring, they’re the best in the business!!

The service in this Store is very lacking. They only have self checkout and the cashier that worked self checkout today didn't wont to be at work. Things don't ring up correctly and they tell you to go to customer service to get refund. The attitude at customer service is the same as self checkout. They could care less to be there. Asked for a Manager and got same attitude from him. This is why I don't shop at Walmart anymore.

I ordered pinestraw online to pickup the staff to avoid waiting time. After arriving at the store it took over one hour from the customer desk to get it. No forklift was required.
