I have been here several times. My daughter got the princess manicure and pedicure and asked if she could have two colors of polish. They said yes. They did not inform me that is a $9 charge to have a different color on nails and toes. I was shocked when I went to pay. $9 extra for a children’s service and they didn’t tell me it would be an extra charge. Queenie checked us out and she was not apologetic. It seems like it was intentional. They must like adding on extra charges as part of their profit model. I expect to be told when there is a large charge. Queenie said there is nothing she could do and it’s in the price list. We definitely not be back as they seem to not to value that we have been repeat customers.

They used to be good but today I had The most inexperienced person start cutting my nails off, she cut into my skin and I paid for the pedicure and left, I’ll never be back, for what they charge that’s unacceptable! I’m now walking around with half my nails cut off until I can Go somewhere and get them done. Stay away from this place!

This was one of the worse nail salon experiences I’ve ever encountered. The guy who did my pedicure clipped my meat instead of the actual toenail and caused me to bleed badly then stuck my foot back in the hot water and didn’t apologize or anything. Another guy did my manicure did a poor job and also caused me to bleed on one of my fingers. They were also extremely rough. I do not recommend and will never go back.
I edited this review to reply to the owners reply. You couldn’t find my name because I was a walk in and never signed anything. I am absolutely positive this is the salon I came to and would provide proof if necessary as well as request a refund for the terrible I received.

I will never return to this place again. I went in to get a color change on fingers and toes with gel polish, and was charged $60. Hwy robbery without a gun. Not to mention, she rushed it, and it looks streaked.
I should had just got a full blown mani and pedi for that price.
Great way to get returned business.

Henry did my Manicure and Predicure. He was wonderful and will be setting appointments with him when I return. It was so worth the money.

The environment is nice and clean I will give that 5 stars….it’s the pedicure itself the reason I gave 2 stars. This is my first time coming here. I never usually get my toes done anywhere else besides my usual place but they were full and I didn’t want to wait…..Long story short, this Pedi definitely was not worth the price. The older man did my toes. I chose the spa package which is a step up from the basic pedi. My toes look the same way they did before I went in. My toe nails are all different shapes. My toes look like a kid painted them. The work is sloppy. The stuff wasn’t trimmed/cleaned from around my toes and u can see it from the pictures. I’m scared to even wear my toes out for my birthday. I’m gonna try to shape them and fix them up myself. I will not return if he’s doing my pedi.

I visited with a friend and fortunately was seated and service within 15 minutes. They have a cute pedi area for kids and a nice range of colors. Anna did my fill in and reshaped my nails nicely. They did not have the OPI color I previously had but she found a match just as natural & pretty. "Love is in the bare". I definitely will visit again when I'm in town.
