Clayton was the salesman who helped me with a boat sale. He was knowledgeable and professional. He went above and beyond by sending videos of the boat that really got me in the door. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a straight to the chase deal.

My parents bought a cheap four wheeler for Jason Kuhn for my son for Christmas 2021. About two weeks of riding the front wheel came off while he was riding causing it to throw him over the handle bars ( minor injuries). I called Kuhn to inquire why this happened. He stated that it shouldn't have because it has a lock but on it. I asked how to prevent it from happening again he stated that it shouldn't if it is tight. (Hence he didn't put it together properly) I asked was there a certain torque and he said no just get it tight. He didn't ride it for some time after that because he was scared of it. FFW to March/June. My son was riding and it just went dead. I called Kuhn and he said bring it by his shop in Steens Ms. I did and he looked at it and stated that he would have to keep it. I asked what it could be and he stated that he was not sure but worse case it could be a "top end" but he would have to open it up to see for sure. I asked how much that would be to fix and he stated around 500 $. I told him to LET ME KNOW BEFORE HE MAKES ANY REPAIRS (my dad was there)! My dad was with me and I also followed up with a text stating the same thing. All recorded! After several weeks of trying to get a hold of Kuhn he would not answer my calls or text. My dad messaged Kuhn on Facebook on one of his post and asked if it was ready. This was mid July. He responded to my dad and said it was ready. I then text him and asked him if he had figured out what was wrong with it. He replied " I told your dad it was ready" I then text and said "you never told me what was wrong with it". He then proceeded to tell me that It was 480 $. That he had to replace the top end and it sheered a pin on the fly wheel. I then called him! I asked him why he didn't call me like I asked before he did any repairs. He stated "you said you had to fix it". I then told him that is not what was said! What was said was I feel like we need to fix it because it was my child's Christmas present but I wasn't putting 500$ in 1000$ four wheeler. He even stated that I signed a invoice to fix "whatever" may be wrong with it. I asked Kuhn where the parts were that he replaced and he stated that he DIDNT have them! I told him that i didn't authorize these repairs and I was for sure not paying for something he said he did and not even have the parts that were "damaged". I also asked where the signed invoice was that he said I signed and he sent me one but IT DIDNT HAVE MY SIGNATURE ON IT! WHO WOULD SIGN A BLANK INVOICE?? I have tried to settle with Kuhn for the cost of the labor 200$ but he refuses to respond. I will be moving forward to a higher authority. Not sure what he has to do with Redline Powersports but the ticket he sent me a picture of had your name on it. This is VERY unprofessional and a poor way of treating your customers or anyone! I would stay clear of anything Jason Kuhn has for sale or is wanting to service! And do not WASTE your money on the CHEAP CHINESE four wheelers or anything power sport from overseas. Yes it looks nice and makes a great gift for a child but it won't last and the service with this vendor is TERRIBLE!
