Sadly, not terribly long ago this was a decent Walgreens. Yeah, the pharmacy was a little touch and go and it has only gotten worse. Today my son and I had occasion to go to this store at the intersection of 82/69 in Northport to pick up a parcel that had been sent to the store. There were only 2 people in the entire store. Someone had been helping an elderly couple with their photos but she just left in the middle of the assisting them?? I don't know where she went or why. I had to go get the cashier to help me. Bless her heart, she looked to be about 16 years old.Anyway, the store was filthy, service was very poor and I don't even want to speak about the pharmacy. Has anybody thought about hiring retired people who might want to work a few hours a week??

Fever cough aches and pains let me to MedCenter for two shots and prescriptions called in to Walgreens since it was after seven. I was at Walgreens longer than I was at MedCenter. They were kind and rushed me through. Not. Walgreens. I left med center at 7:13. I got home from Walgreens (less than a mile from the dr) at 8:20. 1 hour because of how they treated me.After being around the second time the girl told me the pharmacist stepped away and I was going to have to drive back around again. By this time there were at least four cars maybe five behind me. She indicated all he had to do was finalize the prescription so I told her I would like to stay at the window because I felt so bad. She told me I had to move then got another tech to come tell me over and over i had to move all while i was asking to please let me wait because i felt so bad. Then the pharmacist came over with a very angry face and told me to MOVE that I could not sit there. I tried to tell him i had already been through the line once. He told me I couldn’t hold up the people behind me. Wait …..what? How many times have I sat in that line or stood inside for more than 30 minutes to pick up prescriptions that were ready? Countless times.Three minutes after I moved and got back in line my prescriptions were ready. An hour later I am finally home. Exhausted and sick.I will do literally anything I can to avoid going back to Walgreens. They are so unkind.

Ordered distilled water from DoorDash. They gave them spring water and said it's the same thing. It's not. Need distilled for a medical device. Called manager to see if I could drive over there and swap the water out for the correct one. Simple? No!Need to have DoorDash deal with this. Ask for supervisor name and phone number. She tells me to google it and hung up on me. They have lost my family, friends and I as customers forever. Watch for Walgreenssucks.com. I'll have that page up by Wednesday.

Almost every time I go there's a huge line that takes forever. I went one evening, huge line of cars, so I went inside. Line of about ten or so people, moving very slowly. When I finally got the the front of the line they let another customer who wasn't even in line get in front of me and help him first. All I was doing was dropping off a prescription. They let about five other people go ahead of me because they were picking up. I came back the next day to pick up. They said they didn't have anything for me. After trying my first and then middle name and asking what the prescription was, she found it and told me it was never put in, so I had to wait. I went inside to pick up, and she told me they couldn't do it and suggested I go to a different pharmacy. I went to Northport Pharmacy. They filled the prescription and I was in and out in 15 min, no second visit, no long wait, no forgetting to put it in, no refusal, no one breaking in line... In the future I'll likely skip this pharmacy altogether.

Quick and efficient service at the pharmacy. The prescription wasn’t ready but the employee immediately went to work on it and prepare it so I would be ready to go asap. Also one of the only places in this area that stays open 24/7! Much appreciated!

The Pharmacist on duty at the time was the most professional \u0026 compassionate pharmacist that I have ever met. So I really appreciated that and not to mention how quickly it took for me to get my prescription. I would recommend this pharmacy to anyone.

The 24hr sign needs to be removed from the building. I get there are staff shortages but that is everywhere right now. No business has an abundance of staff right now. But it also shouldn't be advised if there's no staff to cover it. And diverting customers to the pharmacy window when it's not a pharmacy need is unnecessary. When you can actually shop here, however, the employees are extremely rude. I get burn out but who isn't these days? It shouldn't show to the customer or be taken out on them. Do better!
