BY FAR the nicest and most helpful people I have ever met at any USPS store/office. I had a package intercepted by the sender and they claimed they didn’t do it. (I was charged for it). They took forever to investigate the issue just to tell me that. Aside of such, Kristi handled the package well and had it ready for pickup as soon as I emailed her with proof of the company saying the package could be released. She responds fast with emails and is always quick with her work there at the post office. USPS charged me nothing unlike the sender during this whole process. Although it took forever to get ahold of my package, my overall experience was GREAT. Side note: Pay attention to the small things people do for you and your day will be ultimately better. Thank you Kristi!!

I don't know if anyone at 36271 reads these reviews but if so, please understand that there is a process agreement between USPS and eBay called Standard Envelope. In this agreement, trading cards and coins up to 3 oz are allowed to ship. In over 5,000 successful USPS deliveries, 36271 is the ONLY post office that is apparently unaware of this agreement because I have received now a couple of returns from 36271 with a handwritten note "coins are non machineable per DMM". This is incorrect and in fact the receiver for the last order was a simple PO box so instead of placing the envelope in the receiver's box, this employee wasted resources to return the envelope to me. I can see that 36271 has some pretty bad reviews posted so perhaps a review of personnel is warranted. Unfortunately for your local residents that might like to buy these small value coins for their collections, they cannot buy them from me because I have now blocked 36271 from my sales.

Loses our Mail often. Won’t deliver stuff timely and lies about it. Has broken into our vehicles to stash packages instead of walking 15 more feet to porch. PRIVATIZE THE POSTAL SERVICE!!!!

Been living on the same lot since 1988 and got a bigger trailer up above my original one. Now the ohatchee post office fails to recognize it and leaves packages at my old place if they leave them at all!! Says I'm not available. They know who lives where. Now I know what going postal means!!!!
