Service took a long time, I was told an hour and I was there almost little over two hours and some of the items on my maintenance plan when I purchased the vehicle did not get completed. They couldn’t change the fuel filter because it had been put on so tight that it would break the housing and they put the previous one on. They wanted to charge me for a new housing. I was extremely disappointed with the service I received.

The service and the sales were phenomenal! Ran into a situation with my old vehicle to where I could not pay for the repair, and they got me into a brand new vehicle without question! They knew all the right buttons to push for financing.

CA Russell, Springville Ala. made negotiating my deal a pleasure! I was searching for a Transit Connect. This particular model is no longer being produced. It’s a perfect fit for a wheelchair bound client, so as a wheelchair purchaser, my needs are quite specific when choosing a vehicle.
They were able to locate a 2023 model with no previous owner that had only 163 miles!
The two gentlemen, Kevin and Michael, were kind and patient as we worked together to find the right car that I could get in and out of, plus finding one that could easily house my wheelchair directly behind the driver seat as only the Transit Connect does! Thank you guys!

Quick response time. Willingness to accommodate. The owner Tony was very involved, sensible to our situation. Rhonda is the reason we trusyes the process. Chuck was the salesperson and was eager to please and went the extra mile to assist.

I scheduled a service for my truck at this dealership because I have always used this dealership. That changed after this last service. They increased the price on the Ford works package by almost $50. The service manager was very forward about the cost and encouraged a service plan which leads me to believe they went up in price to help sell service plans. Thanks but no thanks. I will be carrying my business somewhere else as I would encourage others to do.

Dont like the prices have gone up. The response from them was they raised prices to compete with market. In Springville AL theirs no one around. What market?
