Easily the most useless AT&T store in Alabama. They make excuses as to why they can’t do something and refer you to a “corporate” store 45 minutes away that can do what they claim they can’t.
What’s the point of being an AT&T authorized dealer if you can’t do anything? Driving to this store is a waste of time.

I’ll be happy to discuss my issue but replying with a canned response isn’t helpful nor convincing that you want to improve.

Thanks so much to Brody at my local AT&T store. He was very helpful and kind; answered all my questions and got me on a special rate for seniors. Saved me $$$. He is a great role model for his work peers! Thank you!

Noah help me for nearly 2 hrs with a phone problem I had. He tryed many things, even changed sim card but all that and it didn't work, so our plan was to get on phone with att and my phones site to fix problem, so I left and believe it or not by the time I got home my husband tryed to call me and it worked. I was thrilled. Thank you Noah you were great.

I had a difficult experience when my cell phone was stolen at Charlie B's in Oneonta, AL. There was sensitive information on the phone. We tracked the phone to a nearby lake. I went to the AT&T store in Oneonta. Noel Alonzo was amazing. He turned a very difficult situation around, showed me how to suspend the phone's account and set it up so that all information was wiped. It is knowledgeable people like Noel who help me trust the service.

So I get to the store simply to have my son's phone activated. And apparently they aren't open til 7. I stood outside for 15 minutes and no one would even answer the phone to say we've closed early because of XYZ

I've been with att for a long time now, and the guy that helped us and the way he helped others also was so quick and effortless for him it seemed like , he is one of the best employees I've ever met !! He deserves a big shout out !! He works at the Oneonta Alabama location!!
