I stopped this afternoon with a problem. I was helped promptly by a young lady named Michelle. She was very helpful and had me on the way quickly with the problem solved. Thank you so much for helping out an older lady that didn't know what she was doing and explaining what I needed.

This Store in my profesional opinion is the best store! Outstanding customer service, and a keen attention to detail make for an experience that rivals most stores in their market. I've been shopping with this store since I was 16 years old. Their inspiration has brought alot of joy in my life personally. Shout out to their General Manager Mark. He is the calmest, kindest and most humble man I've gotten the opprotunity to conversate with. This Man deserves alot of good things in his life.
Stay blessed and stay aware. This store is going nowhere. I've had nothing but great experiences here!!!! Plus Warranties are outstanding to.

World to leave a review you have to give a review and honestly for me I will not go back to AutoZone in Oneonta Alabama I'm an old man at 60 I've been working on my cars forever one in there to buy brake pads kid behind the counter tried to tell how to do the brake job and sold me the wrong brakes he was very arrogant about it the manager whoever it was had to ask two people three times to help me and both of them just walked past me finally the same one who sold me the wrong Parts came out now mind you I had to take my car apart first time I've done brakes on this car so anyway I had to put my car back together and drive back to the store to get the the right brake pads and the kid behind the counter well let's put it this way if that was his first job which I kind of doubt it certainly is not his last job because he's going to go through many of them. When you're at work and your supervisor tells you to do something and you don't do it that tells me that there's a breakdown in the system I was treated very rudely I was sold the wrong parts it was just a very very rude and bad experience all the way around they had me using four letter words will not return I found out there's a reason why they're parking lot is always empty and the other part stores are not

I will drive out of my way to go to Auto Zone when I have automobile needs. Today was no exception, I needed windshield wipers and Michelle assisted me. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
