Only giving one star because I have to. With the exception of one person, customer service is trash. Glad I left this bank.

Charging a monthly fee for each account is a rip off.

This Bank does not grandfather accounts and they change them like underwear. When you sell me on free checks for life you should honor that instead of changing the account type A year later. Hometown is a much better option for the area as they charge no fees to have an account.
