BED BUGS BED BUGS BED BUGS !!! Checked in like 6 pm around 11pm I’m laying down about to go to sleep when I see something move I scream my bf comes over it’s a rice sized bed bug. I go tell the rude older lady at the front office and show her the literal video this screen shot is from and she called me a liar & told me she would have me blacklisted from days inn . Absolutely disgusting place with disgusting customer service. I WILL be contacting the health department and Wyndham coorp asap .

Worst experience I've ever had with a hotel. My coworker and I were booked here by our company. The first interaction with the older front desk lady was "You smell like cigarettes" not a greeting not an inch of customer service. She proceeds to CHANGE the room on her own to the utterly worst room on the property, room 103, there were cigarette burns all by the bed there was gash on the couch, and when we brought it up to the same lady he responded with "So?" I advise anyone and everyone to not go to this branch!!!

I was not sure what our experience was going to be like but it was great. I slept well. The rooms are worn but clean.Rooms: The hotel is older. It is motel style. It is worn and tired but clean. Would recommend hotel replace the old bed covers if nothing else.Safety: I felt safe.Walkability: This is in walking distance to the Oneonta downtown area. Great place to check out.Noteworthy details: For the price of the room, it is ok.

Absolute garbage, avoid at all costs. Roaches, junkies, etc. Do yourself a favor and drive the 25m to Gadsden and get a decent room for the same price (or less). Even if you're visiting Oneonta specifically. Trust me...

We checked in at around 12 am and checked back out around 2 am after having seen 4 or 5 roaches in our room in the short time we were there. There was a roach crawling on the ceiling when we first walked in, right above one of the beds. Saw two more crawling up the walls. My husband lifted the coffee maker and a roach came running out and went into the back of the refrigerator. We just couldn't sleep in there with our baby, having to worry about these bugs crawling on us or her, so we noped out and went to the Fairfield Inn in Gadsden. I would seriously recommend sleeping in your car before getting a room at this place. The room itself was run down and overpriced ($113 per night), especially considering the roach infestation. The only positive I can give is that the front desk didn't make me fight them for my money back, they just checked us out and sent us on our way (after I had to stand there ringing the bell and calling the after hours number for about 10 minutes).

Clean rooms offer breakfast hours 6 am to 9 am. It has 3 ft. to 6 ft. Pool. Has accessibility for disabled and disabled parking. 2 floors smoking rooms same price has smoking rooms has non-smoking rooms. Allows pets but there's a charge for them in rooms with the guest. All in all a great place to stay if you want to spend about 100 a day and night!
