Never head any issues..getting fuel.for my vehicles but whant to see what you think just pay $37 dollars for a propane exchange bottle. Today 01 21 2025 around 7:00pm Never had to pay that much..I GET mine propane at IGA for lass than $20 dollars today they were out.. is ok ? Is not like getting charged $5 dollars per gallon on regular 87 gasoline wen the gallon price is only $3 dollars.

This has been my local gas station for years, I have always enjoyed the people that work there and even the girl I interacted with tonight has always been sweet and accommodating and just did her job professionally however tonight was the exact opposite of any thing I've seen from her before. I bought a drink, one that I buy almost every single night, I work nightshift and stop there 4 to 5 nights a week I never have any issues with the items I purchase but tonight I did, when I went to open it the bottle was already open. I asked my husband to take it back inside to see if we could replace it and Instead he was met with a barrage of argumentative nonsense. She claimed that if the drink had been opened someone would have told her already... considering we were the ones who purchased it and found it open we of course WERE telling her. the lack of understanding in that aspect was astounding. She then claimed they all have plastic covering them so it couldn't have been opened so my husband took her to the cooler to show these drinks have never had plastic covering their lids. Then it turned into her saying she scanned the drink and if it had been opened it would have poured out ..one she did not tilt it or test the top of the bottle or anything she slid it across the counter and scanned it. Also in the process of my husband explaining this the item did not leak with it open!! He came back to the car incredibly frustrated and I was confused when he said he had never dealt with such a combative person in his life...because I have seen this employee multiple times and every interaction has been pleasant so I assumed there was a misunderstanding and I went in to see what the issue was and to return the item. I was met with even more of an argumentative stance...after personally interacting with this person on multiple times the switch up was strange, I let her know I did not feel safe drinking something that was already opened she continued to claim it wasn't open...even though I was the one to literally twist the cap and find it this way. I had nothing to gain from this interaction the drink was paid for I wasn't looking for a refund I was looking for a replacement...I've literally never had to return one before so the fact I did why would I lie about that. It was a confusing, irritating and hostile interaction for absolutely no reason and as she continued to stand her place and argue I said alright fine and turned and walked away to hear her muttering back at me as if I was just a problem, talked to my husband about it and he said she did the same as he left to leave muttering under her breath. I don't even leave reviews. I am not a person to hardly ever return items if I order food and it's wrong I'm just like ah okay whatever but I just wanted my drink and I did not want one that was opened. So as I left as she was talking nonsense behind my back I turned around and left the bottle in the green crates by the door. Not only did I lose my money, a drink, but I also lost the one place I felt safe going to on my drive to work. Incredibly disheartening to have dealt with, maybe she was having a bad night, but I have worked customer service for years and would have never treated a customer as if they were a liar and argue with them to that extent. One star because this was seriously so ridiculous, and just honestly heartbreaking as silly as that sounds after going to one single spot for so long and interacting with the employees you find a sense of comfort and routine and I can never go here again.

Today i went to get gas and went in to pay and go to the restroom. For over a week they have had an "out of order" sign on the bathroom door. When i got up there to pay, i told the girl up there that they needed to get their restroom fixed. She was immediately rude and disrespectful and said she can't help that. I asked where they went to the restroom and she said they were employees. According to her, they only allow "certain" customers to use their restrooms. In Alabama, state law 403.3 says that businesses who deal with the public must have public restrooms. I have already reported them to ExxonMobil and will be reporting them to every government agency that I can think of. I refuse to spend my money at ANY business who have no respect for their customers. If I could have, I would have given them 0 stars! I do not care if their gas is cheaper, I will never do business there again!

Great store! The Mobil rewards program is very helpful! I always have a few dollars (or more) off my total for points I get when spending money in the store!Owner(s) is/are friendly and the girls who work for them are always so nice!

This Mobile station is off from the other gas stations in Oneonta but sometimes they have gasoline regular at about 20 or 30 cents cheaper than everybody else in town so I try to go there I generally check GasBuddy first
