I went into Fsctory Connection for nostalgia purposes only but found some really cute jeans shorts. I use to go to factory connection when I was younger that was about all I ever wore. It was good to see a familiar place. Friendly store cashier not sure but might have been the owner. Great place

The staff is wonderful. Jasmine and Crystal are the best. Always so polite and courteous to customers. Always helps in anyway they can. I can't say enough good things about the staff at the oneonta location. The store is always organized and clean. Displays look great. Love factory connection best place in town to shop.

Used to have the best staff. They have recently hired some of the rudest staff I have ever met. I was humiliated and so upset the way I was treated there. I will NEVER be back there. When you tell your customer that they probably can’t afford the clothes that are in your store because of a political shirt is awful. I WILL NEVER EVER BE BACK. I am highly disappointed in the new staff.
