Nice place to buy games, browse around, or even hang out and talk or play games. Store owner was nice and engaging in conversation. It takes you back to the old days feeling like with comic stores and such

Store was not organized. Walked in and couldn’t even tell if someone was actually working until you got to the back of the store and they’re all sitting behind the counter on their phones. Customer service definitely lacking. Husband was looking for a specific thing that really should’ve been an easy answer for the people working at a gaming store and they basically looked at him like they had no idea what he was talking about.

Not really impressive. The store was messy and disorganized to sort through. There were no prices and they look it up at the counter, which just wastes customers time and question what I actually want to grab. The employee there was friendly and I could play on an air hockey table, so that earned a star

Found this place by word of mouth,the original location had great selection in a small space.The new location (next to Walmart in old ON CUE )has huge retail space staff is knowledgeable on systems from multi generations. They also do repairs to consoles if you are really,really patient.
