I’m very picky when it comes to eyelash extensions apparently. I love a natural, full look. I’ve gone other places and have hated my lashes but every time I’ve come to Amazing Lash Studio Auburn, I can’t stop looking in the mirror! Amaya is so patient and super sweet. They are always so helpful and patient with me since I was new to the eyelash extension process. Brie is so professional and she makes me feel comfortable during the entire visit. They are amazing been here twice and each time I have had beyond amazing service. I really recommend ladies coming here to enjoy the wonderful experience as I. I went about 2 weeks ago to get lash extensions for the first time in a year. I previously went to a different business run by someone unprofessional and was looking for a more professional service. The customer service is good; the owner was sweet and informative. My tech was nice as well. The service was relatively fast for an individual lash application service.They offer you a blanket, dim lighting, assure that you’re comfortable, and make it overall a relaxing experience.I give this business a 3 star rating because my lashes did not last. I lost half the lashes on my right eye within a week and was very disappointed. I followed the post-service care instructions to a T. I did experience some eye watering during the service because the glue was irritating my eyes, but most of the watering was from my left eye, which has retained some lashes longer than the right. They recommended that next time I try the glue formulated for sensitive eyes, but they advised it might not last as long. Well, obviously it didn’t matter what glue was used because the lashes fell out so soon anyway.Considering the quality of the service- I could’ve done this myself. I wanted the “sexy” volume set for my birthday look so I paid a $65 upcharge for volume. They looked like a regular set in my opinion. They show you how you would look with each lash type with a filter on their app, but it doesn’t compare and it‘s very unrealistic/cartoonish compared to the actual application. The tech maybe added 3 extra lashes to each eye and that was the “volume”. I most definitely overpaid for what my expectation was and I don’t see myself going back there. They were cute, but not $165 cute.Service: Eyelash extensions

My experience at the Amazing Lash Studio was nothing short of AMAZING! The atmosphere was great and the customer service was top tier! My lash stylist Shanaviya Dawson did a fantastic job on my lashes, she offered me a blanket to keep me comfortable. If I needed to adjust my head because two hours is a long time, she allowed me to with no attitude in sight! Will definitely be back ❤️Service: Eyelash extensions
