I don't know if this business has undergone a change of ownership since I last used them in September, but counter to all three of my previous services there my experience on 5 November was TERRIBLE. I'll list why I think there MUST have been a change of ownership:- I've used this business on three previous occasions and my info was always in the system. It was no longer there. I showed the employee my previous receipt to verify I was indeed already a regular customer.-I was quoted a price of $71 for a service that cost me $63 in September. The final cost was $91! More on that later.-This corporation has an SOP where they call out what they are doing as they cross off item on their checklist. It lets the informed customer know they aren't skipping steps. This never happened on this visit. When I asked about it at checkout I was told "I'm the only one working today." A: how is it possible to be the sole employee on duty, yet you are doing oil changes on two vehicles (both bays) simultaneously???. I can promise you my vehicle didn't get anything other than a filter and oil. Nothing else (fluid levels, air cleaner) were checked because I was standing right there during the process.-Employee tells me he's done and gives me a bill for $91.50. I was like "Whaaaaaaaaat?" He stated that it was more because my F150 requires 5 quarts of oil.... Say what? I pull my receipt out of my glovebox from September and show him my bill for a complete service was under $65.... I hand him my card to just get the misery over with and he says his chip reader does not work and I should walk across the street to the ATM......... Whaaaaaaaaat?' I pay cash, check my oil level and verify that no, he in fact did not top off my washer or check my filter, then drive to the parking lot where I compared this, and my receipt from September. Totally different description of services and many cockamamie "fees" on the new one.I have no idea what changed in two months at this business, but it isn't good and I'll never be back. This riled me up to the point that I'm going to contact the corporate HQ and get them involved.Service: Oil change

As I went to review this business I saw how many 1 stars they have gotten lately and can only assume it’s due to the terrible management of Angel Anguilar. He deserves negative stars for his poor customer service and management style. I had new break pads replaced here. Never was told the rotors need replacing. Noticed after picking it up that the breaks were still grinding. Took it back to them a second time to have it inspected and they said the noise was due to a loose bottom plate. I said ok but still felt it was the breaks so took it to my normal mechanic and he said that the rotors were completely shot and now so were the brand new break pads. I tried to call both offices in Auburn and Opelika several times to discuss this and no one ever answered or returned my call. I finally got the number to the manager Angel who told me there was nothing he could do about it even though I had receipts from both transactions, and he could care less. Didn’t even offer a discount, refund, free oil change (not that I’d use it), etc. this was all in the span of three months in which clearly new break pads should last longer than that, but he refused to help or admit any wrongdoing. Save your money, time and stress, and never go here as long as he is managing it.Service: Brakes

Not recommended. They tried to talk me into buying an engine flush by saying that my engine was out of oil. How would it even run if it was. Plus, they did not put the access cover back on properly and it fell off. I had to order a new one from the Hyundai dealership. When my husband went by there to ask them about it, they lied and gave him the run around. Cost me $86.00 for a poor job.

Dark skinned man with long dreads told me that their receipt system was down, so i paid with cash for an on time oil change. Turns out he drained my oil and recycled the same oil, 60$ i paid cash he said he’d give me a discount because of no receipt. At Firestone 600$ later with engine problems and literally no oil in my motor. Wish i could remember this guys name. Hope he gets fired and or arrested because it seems like he was pocketing the money. Don’t go hereService: Oil change

After waiting in line 15 minutes, then 10 minutes in the bay filling out paperwork, I was told they didn't carry the oil for my vehicle - 0w 20 synthetic. Pretty common for newer vehicles.Seems like they could figure that out while greeting people when they pull into the lot.Went to Express Oil and was in and out in 15 mins.
