This particular location is so sad. We walked in and nobody came out on the floor. The back door was open and the girl was on her phone not helping customers. We wondered around for a while and never came out to the floor.

Many problems with getting their advertised rates. Apparently I it takes a few months for the promotion plans to kick in? Why? Sales reps not accessible by phone (quite ironically) so required to return in person to wait. Very good customer service by reps, just unresolved problems. Very good cell service compared to T-Mobile. But overall I regret my decision to go with AT&T.

I loved my experience here at the Tigertown location. Faye is so sweet. She was patient while helping me port my number in and getting my account set up. It was even a quick process. I think it took us maybe 10-20 minutes total. I’m sure if my old carrier had let go of my number it would’ve been even faster. Thank you so much Faye and Darian. They turned what I thought would be a painful experience into a pleasant one. I hope to see you both again one day!

I love Darian and Faye at the AT&T store! Normally, I don’t write reviews. However, when I receive exceptional customer service, I want others to know.I had just received a new iPhone 15 pro max for Christmas and was having problems transferring my data from my old phone to my new one….so I went into the store in Opelika to see if someone could help me. Darian immediately helped me call Apple support, who stayed on the phone with us until my old phone’s data was backed up. Then she even stayed over an hour past what was supposed to be the end of her shift to continue helping me. After she left, Faye was so sweet and finished helping me until close of business.I have been an AT&T customer for over 30 years. The exceptional customer service I received from employees like Darian and Faye is the reason why I will never switch to a different company. Thank you Darian and Faye for going above and beyond to help me! This store is the best!

I showed up at 4pm last Thursday to pay my bill...the doors were locked. A note was taped up saying, "Be back at 4:45, on lunch".Alright then, came back at 6:45 pm to a store with zero customers and TWO employees. I.E. don't take lunch at the same time. It was unnecessary and created issues for me that were unnecessary. I pray I don't have to go back. The word for today is, "monkey wrench".

From the moment we walked in we got exceptional service we were greeted and the wait time was minimal The representative that worked in the store his name was Zak great upbeat personality Great customer service skills highly recommend this store and Zak above great customer service I will always use this the store for any purchases or upgrades thank you and thank you Zak

My wife and I recently visited the Opelika AT&T store and we were assisted by Faye and Darren (I’m sure I misspelled her name) and both of these ladies were extremely helpful, very professional and excellent with engaging with each customer. I have FirstNet and they can be a little difficult to deal with if you have to contact customer service which is usually how FirstNet works, but these two ladies made that process as painless as possible and were able to help us on multiple occasions and made as fun and easy as possible. I highly recommend AT&T and/or FirstNet and this particular location to anyone. Faye and Darren were awesome!!!

I did not catch the man’s name who helped me, but to the man who was working on 09/29/23 around 2:30pm-3:00pm central time, thank you so much! I am not a people person, I hate drawn out interactions and I was dreading going into the store because I just knew it was going to be a long process for me to add an IPad to my plan. It was the opposite! The gentleman was very helpful, fast with the process of ordering me an IPad, and we did strike up a conversation and he was very pleasant to talk to. So to whoever you are, thank you so much!
