I am really disappointed with the service that we received from Beshears tractor & equipment store, aka Kubota dealer in Opelika Alabama. My nephrew recently purchased a $23,000 tractor for our Farm in Lee County. Our farm is a Therapeutic farm for Veterans that have served this as County. He purchased the tractor for us because we are a non-profit organization that has been helping Veterans and farmers in the underserved and black belt areas of Alabama. We partner with the Agricultural industry and Universities. His purchase of this tractor was instrumental for us as a non-profit organization. We decided to add an Auguar to help with the farm. When the equipment arrived on today, we were told that there would be an additional fee due to the assembling of the item. We did not request to have the item assembled. Mr. Joe Dasher told us that we didn't have an option to decide. He was so rude and condescending to Jawand Wilburn. He told him if he thought the extra $300 was too much to go to Tractor Supply and purchase it. The price was not the issue. There was no request by us to assemble the equipment. The law states that, we have a right to assemble what you purchase, not be forced upon to pay an additional charge which was not quoted in the invoice. He talked so rudely to my nephew, like he was
man. My nephew is a professional Supervisor who is a builder with an A-1 credit score. We will not be using that location for our farming needs nor will we refer our veteran farmers or any farmer in our network.

Mr. Joe Dasher was patient with me and listened to all of my fears as a first time tractor purchaser. He listed to what i needed and gave me suggestions of what to purchase. No pressure just support. It is my favorite birthday gift ever! Thanks Mr. Joe

Joe was absolutely great in helping me build a tractor package for my needs.
Always available to answer questions leading up to my purchase, helped facilitate the trade in I had and helped me make the best decision on financing.
This was my 2nd purchase and Joe helped me with both.
I consider him a friend at this point and look forward to his knowledge in helping me with future purchases .

Mr. Joe was very professional and very down to Earth in helping us get exactly what we were wanting to buy. Everyone at Beshears was very professional and helped us to the best of their ability. I would recommend to anyone to definitely go here and check out their inventory and equipment before you just settle for somewhere else.

Beshears Tractor & Equipment Has the best customer service, I called to inquire about a package deal, gave them my info about a hr later I was accepted. Next day I picked up my new L2502 Kubota tractor and attachments.
Believe me go see Joe Dasher for all your Kubota needs. I will definitely be using them in the future. Thanks again guys.

Very helpful personal. I own John Deere tractors, and my blood pressure goes up every time I have to visit Sun South. I recently purchased a Land Pride poly/stainless fertilizer spreader from Beshears with good service and competitive pricing.
