I made a mistake this time by booking at the microtel because it was cheaper and the pictures were pretty. But please do not be fooled, Ricky is the absolute best. This hotel is the best. They truly treat you like family and take care of you. I will never ever again book elsewhere. I've been booking at this best Western for 7 years and from now on, I will only book here when I visit no matter what Priceline posts. This best Western is the best place to stay in town. But also, give Ricky a raise immediately and I will see him next time I'm in town for sure. I tried to get a refund on my remaining nights and book at the best Western but Priceline wouldn't let me. save yourself the trouble and just go to the best Western and ask for Ricky. Seriously.

The room was fine. Large burn on the carpet. Fridge was cold, A/C was cold. No conditioner in bathrooms. Had to ask at the desk for it. There are 2 floors with no elevator. We had a lot of stuff and there were no rooms on the 1st floor available. the downstairs ice machine is right outside several rooms in the hallway. I wouldn't want to be those people. The breakfast was ok. No gluten free options. It's a great location, quiet street. Price was inexpensive compared to others.

When we got home there was bed bugs on our luggage. I checked the room. But obviously not well enough.

When I stay, I always have my son with me. He's autistic . They say they're kid friendly but really aren't. I recently booked an room here and once I got there they tried to charge me an deposit , for the first time. The rooms aren't even worthy of an deposit. $100 deposit. The lady at the front desk didn't want to tell me why, until I called and another employee who's a great person told me that the note under my name said "guest left room a damn mess" aren't that's what you guys have the maids for ? I don't know which one made the remarks but I'm pretty sure I know. I make sure every time to clean up behind my son so there wasn't no mess ! They lied like they started something new with the deposit when really it was just towards me and my family. The bathrooms are very small. Wouldn't recommend

Very small room and construction noise and debris. Good breakfast and convenient to industrial. The manager did warn us off their state. We came anyway as it was convenient

Rooms: Could be cleaned more thoroughly. Building dated, but some remodeling having taken place.
Noteworthy details: Not directly off the interstate, but Wal-Mart, Sam's, auto shops, restaurants around.

This is located right by the hospital (EAMC) and extremely easy to go back and forth. They are currently upgrading the motel. The breakfast was continental with great coffee and juice.It is also located close to tiger town and many restaurants/fast food. Outback had a great meal and less than a half mile from the hotel.

They are renovating but doing a great job. The breakfast needs a little work but good in a pinch.
Noteworthy details: Closest to the hospital which was fantastic for us. It was only a couple of blocks
