I have always been pleased with Cricket phone service, and even happier with the customer service I received from Josh, at Cricket Opelika location! Super nice, knowledgeable and patient in explaining everything to me. I had a major issue that happened with my phone & he helped figure it out and come up with the best resolution. I'll definitely be back in a couple weeks, to purchase a new phone!
