Exceptional Service from CT Collision - A Lifesaver When My Daughter Needed It
When your child is away at school, over 800 miles away, and they get into a fender bender, it’s incredibly stressful. My daughter was involved in an accident during a storm, and being so far away, I had no idea who to turn to. Thankfully, a local in Auburn referred me to CT Collision.
From the very beginning, the team at CT Collision was outstanding. Despite nearing closing time, they waited for my daughter to bring in her car for repairs. Mr. Roberts, the owner, kept me updated every step of the way and was a faithful helper throughout the entire process.
I was facing a challenge with the insurance company about specific parts, but Mr. Roberts helped resolve it quickly. He even took the time to send me detailed pictures of the damage, which really helped me understand the situation, especially since I couldn't be there in person.
On top of all this, CT Collision went above and beyond to make sure my daughter was taken care of. They ensured she could get to the rental car location and even made special arrangements for her to pick up the car after hours, as her class schedule wouldn’t allow her to make it before closing time. They came in on a Saturday, despite them being closed, just to accommodate her.
The quality of the body work was impeccable. I could never have figured out where the damage had been.
If you’re looking for a shop that will treat you with respect, honesty, and care, and provide peace of mind during a stressful situation, I highly recommend CT Collision without any reservations. Mr. Roberts and his team genuinely go the extra mile to ensure their customers are well taken care of.

I wanted to compare quotes on damage to my vehicle, I googled and was lead to CT Collision, this was the best google search EVER!! I had a wonderful experience. Someone came out to look at the damage I was told when to bring my vehicle back and about how long it would take. I took my vehicle back when it was scheduled. My vehicle was fixed and was quick, it look amazing!! I highly recommend you give CT Collision a try. Very nice family owned friendly professional business that might I add did an awesome job with my suv!!

I wanted to compare quote prices for some minor damage to my car and I am so glad I chose this auto shop completely by chance! They got me in very quick and Robert (the owner) fixed up my problem on site. He was very knowledgeable and an honest man. I am truly blown away as this is rare to find especially when dealing with car issues. He even gave me recommendations for brake services! I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs repair service in this area!

I have a vintage mercedes that got backed into and the whole front end got crushed. CT took very special care to make sure that all of the accurate parts were replaced AND matched the paint perfectly. They were always kind and answered all my questions. I did NOT want this car to be totaled and they made sure to do everything in their power to make that happen. I had a wonderful experience with them all the way around. Would recommend to anyone!

From taking my car to get an estimate to the completion of the repair they were great. They answered all my questions. They called when the car part ordering system was hacked and explained the situation. They were able to get the replacement part and on time so I didn’t have another’s days rental fee. My car looks good as new! The day after I picked it up someone got me with a shopping cart so I’m

First let me explain the 1 star has nothing to do with the people that work in the shop, it has everything to do with the person that owns the company.
This is a long review I apologize, but if you want your car done please consider another business besides this one.
The owner had answered the phone when I called to see when my car would be ready it was the 5 th time I had to call I kept getting we will call you and tell you how far along we are and when you can get it I never had one call but when I called it was ready . The owner then breaks down the price for me now I have a 2,000$ deductible he knew this because believe me he will let you know he has 39 years experience and he will let you know that often, he tells me the cost was 3100$ the estimate was 6,895$ , but he said it’s a game that all auto body shops play with insurance, I said well if I told you I had 2,000$ would you have worked with me he said yes I said I never was told that, my 22 yr old daughter dropped it off and then he made out like she was lying about being told of the Game that’s played between insurance and body shops he said at the time of EVERY estimate they make sure to tell that they will aim high ( lie) to insurance to get it down to where it will be beneficial to both the insurance and body shop sounds a little like lying to get to a price that again benefits the 2 companies not the customer when I said that he went off on a 15 minute tirade about he’s a Christian and this and that , that’s all good I’m a Christian also but don’t go around beginning every sentence with I’m a Christian and therefore what I’m doing is right and you are wrong for disagreeing. After 35 minutes on the phone he said just bring me my 2,000$ and get your car in a threatening way, I said sir you may want to calm down I’m just trying to understand things he said your car is better than it was before it came off the lot when I get there I see 3 pits in the paint that I immediately see ( I’m thinking all this 39 years of experience and you don’t see this , well the guys in the shop did get it buffed out just strange how he could of missed that with 39 years experience
It was not a good experience I thought I was getting a 6800$ repair
But got a 3100$ repair
That’s the same as buying a coin that’s said to be worth 7,000$ for 2,000$ only to find out it’s worth 2500$ you got a little bit of a deal but not the one you thought, guess I just trusted him on his estimate my mistake
I say all this to say if all auto body shops act this way please use another one besides this one they are all in on it the insurance and body shops, so you might as well deal with someone who doesn’t have an explosive attitude
