A few years ago we were referred to them by our contractor. We selected our granite and they did an amazing job! Absolutely beautiful granite and an impeccable instalation of everything. Last week, I cracked one of our sinks and they came and replaced it the very next day. From the owner to the employees, you can expect exceptional customer service! Thank you 🙏🏽

Tried getting kitchen countertops from them but wouldn’t show up and kept rescheduling the job. This happed several times and the only excuse they gave was miscommunication within the team. I was understanding the first few times but then it kept happening. If you don’t mind the headache of constantly rescheduling and no shows then this is the company for you.

Called and spoke with Davis and set up a day and time to measure our kitchen for marble counters. Never showed up and I called and spoke with Davis again and he said that he would send out an employee to measure the next day and time and AGAIN NEVER SHOWED UP!!! Plum pitiful

Amazing team!!! Every person we dealt with was courteous and professional. They had great suggestions and the craftsmanship was fabulous. They were punctual, knowledgeable, and cleaned throughout the process of demolition and installation. Who knew a whole new kitchen could be so seamless and easy. We would recommend Deep South to everyone.
