When I call they always put me on hold. And they told me that when I booked a reservation that it wasn't in their system when that is a lie. And while I'm on hold they hit numbers to keep me on hold. They are not worth a crap. My opinion I should have just went to Lagrange. Auburn and opelika just isn't worth a crap.

We had a wonderful experience renting from Enterprise after our car was totaled in an accident because another driver hit our son. Tony was very compassionate about our loss and provided us with a like new vehicle. He was very detail oriented in checking to make sure that everything in the car he provided us was in great working condition. He was very personable and his customer service was second to none! Thanks Tony! We feel blessed to have been assigned you to care for us!

I just want to say that Quae and his team at the Auburn location are amazing human beings. Renting a vehicle can be a stressful experience when there's not an emergency, but when I did have an emergency, actually 2 - my car was in the shop during a personal emergency - it is more than stressful if something goes wrong, even if it's a common mistake. I made and confirmed and paid for my rental, already an hour behind when I needed to leave, but when I arrived via Uber at Enterprise, I was told all the cars were taken for the day. I was distraught because of the emergency and the fact that I had a confirmed reservation. I didn't know what to do but sit on the curb in the parking lot and pray. After about 30 minutes , Quae approached and said "I got you a car coming now sir". I couldn't even speak. I made it on time, emergency went as well as possible, and I returned the car today at 3pm. I saw him standing there and thanked him and told him I was sending him and his team something to show my gratitude, and he proceeded to tell me he had refunded all charges associated with my rental. I was again speechless. This is not the only time Enterprise has gone beyond extra to help out of a tough situation. So if you lose patience with them just remember - all it takes is one decent person working there, and a kind attitude from you and they can almost always make it happen.
