FEDEX delivered my package to the wrong address and won't take responsibility for their FEDEX driver misdelivering my package to the wrong house l tried several times to get in contact but they are automated and it keeps saying case closed it's been "DELIVERED" l paid 41.30 for that package thank God it was nothing higher cause FEDEX will not do anything for ya LMFAO ?

I didn’t get the name of the young lady that helped me out, but she was super helpful in asking if I needed help while looking at shipping items, getting me a FedEx bag for free, and even offered to get it packed up for me since there were a few other people in line and mine would have just been a drop off. I really appreciated the quick and friendly customer service!
