I visited this credit union as a sister-bank (co-op shared bank) member. Diamone was so helpful and patient even though my bank was not making my transaction easy. I even had to come in the following day and she was just as helpful and friendly as ever.

I've been going to this bank since I was a kid. They're nice until you actually need them to do their jobs. Since I got my checking account my online app account wouldnt work for a while. I went there MULTIPLE times and they either handed me a pamphlet and shoved me out the door or they LITTERALY TOLD ME THEY DIDNT HAVE TIME FOR MY ISSUES. After I'm done paying off my car loan I'm moving banks.

This place just generally sucks. They never answer the phone. They made my account closure extremely uncomfortable. Was a member for over 5 years and can honestly say it used to be better.

Worst bank ever. These clowns can't keep their ATM's working (or even program it's screens properly) and issues fragile/cheapest they can find debit cards and then want $15 for a replacement when it fails or the chip falls out. Can't imagine why any business would buy a new high-dollar NCR ATM's, which normally remain in service for 99% of the time, then pay a shady company to maintain them, and for years accept that they spend so much time out of service. Employee's (sometimes) friendly smiles are just a disguise for the bank's lack of services and their laziness.

Negative, Negative stars. These people don't care about the customer. And God forbid you get behind on a payment. They'll automatically take it from your checking account without asking you. SERIOUSLY? Don't have to worry about me EVER using these people again. Don't open an account here. No compassion...

Today is the last day I will plead with this bank. I lost my job and I currently owe them $90 for insufficient funds. I LOVE how a company charges me money for not having money because that just makes the best sense right? Their system will also move around transactions on your account in an attempt to force you to overdraft so that you can pay them more and more money. As another review said. They act sweet as a disguise and in my case until you have an issue. They want to act like they are innocent and pretend to be sympathetic to the situation but you can tell by how condescendingly they talk to you that they don't care. I'm paying this balance off today and closing my account. I will NEVER work with this awful company again.

Awful bank I’m going to switch as soon as I am able. At the ATM you can’t add money to your account and there is ALWAYS a problem with the online banking. It’s like this bank is super old for no reason.

I’ve been a member since 2012/2013, and I’ve never had a complaint. The customer service is so good and they go above and beyond to assist you. However, this review only applies to the credit union on Pepperwell Parkway.
