Had an appointment at 4:40. Had time so I came in early around 4pm. Sat in line. And was denied bc it wasn’t my 4:40 appointment. What’s the difference if I was just a walk in waiting in line to having an appointment. Not happy.

They sold me on a Hard Drive but it does not fit my Desktop they are not very helpful at all!

Appointment only service. Won't even hold your device until they can get to it. I guess good help is hard to find, as the saying goes.
