I had my evaporator coil replaced here recently. They had great communication throughout the repair process. Techs did a great job and the repair total was almost $2000 less than the dealership had quoted. Couldn’t be happier with their work.

Their name integrity is the opposite of the service they render. A very bad experience for me and never will I deal with them again. They were never honest and was not able to fix my car problems but took all my money and they wanted me to keep coming back again and again with the same problem that they could never fix. Very disappointing and bad customer service. Simply unacceptable. I felt totally cheated.

The receptionist was kind, the turn around was very fast, and the technician and owner(?) were also very kind when I ended up speaking to them as well. They seemed very concerned about my issues and took the time to explain things to me and didn't treat me like an idiot even though I'm a lady. The work I received was very competitive in price to what I would have paid if I had taken it elsewhere, and overall I was extremely happy with my experience. I went to them in the first place because they were recommended by my close friend, and I will also be recommending them to anyone who asks me where to take their car in for repairs. I will definitely come the 40 minute trip to them again when I need further work done in the future.

I was in a real bind and the tow service recommended Integrity. I found they were honest and timely...no surprise charges. My car runs great now and I've put Integrity into my contacts.

Integrity saved me a $1400 repair that was quoted by the dealership. Dealership wanted to replace the entire drive shaft. Issue was just loose lug nuts.. This will be the only place I get my car serviced moving forward.

Same day diagnosis and service on short notice!
My son’s car developed an engine rattle that was previously diagnosed with a worn rod bearing at another auto shop. I was skeptical since there was no vibrations or knocking and it’s a Camry with only 130k miles.
I brought his car to Integrity Auto and they diagnosed worn bearings in the water pump. They replaced the water pump the same day and my son’s got his car back. Also, they are well priced for their service.

This shop goes out of their way to fix any problems with your vehicle very polite and informative crew I was broke down 12 hours from my home and they got me on the road back home very happy with entire transaction very good job 5 star transaction
