I bought a pair of shoes and they were too tight due to swelling in my feet so I returned them for a bigger size two weeks later the swelling went down and I returned those shoes for a smaller size , I know I know lol but the manager Juanita and her assistant manager Elijah were so nice and helpful and didn’t mind getting me the right size. I really appreciate you to and thank you again 🫶🏾

Everyone here is completely unprofessional, the store manager and every associate. Extremely rude as well, I came in to buy something and nobody helped and just kinda stared at me behind the register while talking among themselves.

The man working I wish I knew his name completely ignored my friend and I after rudely pressuring the woman he helped before us to buy a pay of shoes she repeatedly said wouldn’t work for her when it was finally time to speak to my friend and I he brushed right past us to speak to a group of men who had JUST walked in. When I mentioned this he just scoffed at me so I left. No wonder this BRAND NEW store has a 2 star rating Journey’s do better you could make so much money in the spot you’re at and you lost three customers while I was there today all because of a pushy and rude sales rep.

Hours say from 10am to 9pm. I waited for the store to open for 30 minutes and no one was there nor did they answer the phone. Unacceptable & a major inconvenience

I visited this Journeys, because they had the black infant/toddler crocs that I was looking for. I came in with the intention of buying matching black crocs in size 11 for myself. The staff-member who approached me asked me what I wanted and I told him very clearly that I wanted normal black crocs size 10-11 and normal toddler crocs. For some reason, he was intent on selling me the fur-lined crocs, which I turned down given that we are in hot, rainy, Alabama. The fur would make the shoes difficult to clean or dry easily. I would also still have to wear socks with them, defeating the purpose of the warming fur. In order to convince me to buy the shoes, I was told that the fur was a removable for next summer when it gets too hot. But after having them for a few months they are as I suspected, difficult to keep clean and wear without washing or drying weekly. After doing research, it would also not benefit me to take the fur lining out, given that there is no grip underneath the fur, so I would have trouble wearing the crocs actively without slipping. I purchased these fur pair of black sparkle crocs on September 16, 2023. My only concern is that when your sellers inform customers on the shoes that they are buying, do not omit information or lie to get the shoes sold. As a consumer, it is always my responsibility to be aware of what I’m purchasing, but I was given false information, which led me to make the decision to buy these shoes. Now I have to spend another $60 on the regular crocs that I came in to purchase in the first place. Please educate your staff. And do not buy these if you want the advantages of normal crocs (wear anytime, anywhere, cold or hot, forest or beach, etc.)

I went intending to purchase some DMs or Timberlands for myself and doing some Xmas shopping. I couldn’t get nobody to assist me till I went up front with display shoe and asked. When she came back she handed shoe to me and stood over me staring with Zero conversation. Just felt rude and awkward. Especially since there was 4 employees standing at register this whole time discussing their schedules and who came in at 11?? I decided to leave and spend my money else where.

Shoes are great, customer service was mostly bad. I miss the previous employees at this location. No greeting or help finding what we needed, and workers that didnt help or communicate much overall. One girl helped us by the end, but the environment feel uncomfortable overall.
