Received an email last night to pick up my "ship to store" order. Went to the store at 2pm this afternoon and there was a closed sign on the door with no contact information. Found the store phone number, no answer. Tried multiple times. Called customer service. Talked to Trevia. She said to call the store. When I told her I had tried many times, she said that was all she could do to help me. I asked to speak to her superior and was told they had all gone home for the day. WORST customer service experience ever.
I have emailed the CEO of the company and hoping maybe I will get a response.

Store had great items fot Valentine's Day and Easter. Employees were friendly and helpful. Welcoming environment.

50% sale sign was very misleading. I was told everything on the shelf was 50% off. Turns out it wasn't. Didnt find out till after I paid.

Customer service at this particular location is abysmal. The lack of knowledge about practices for returns is unacceptable. The cashier refused to accept an online receipt from kirkland's and stated a paper receipt was required. I now have over two hundred and fifty dollars on a kirkland's gift card, versus having the money back on my credit card. It's also important to know that a manager is rarely at this location. This further perpetuates the issues as there is no one there to do anything about a problem. Maybe this is how they increase revenue - just issue a gift card and make them spend more.

The customer service this season was so friendly. I shopped at the TigerTown location 3 times this month and was overly impressed with the entire staff. I know this year has been hard for many industries but this store definitely showed out!
