Rachel needs to be recognized for her kindness and for going all the way to help a customer. She resolved a problem for me that the home billing office in Valdosta Ga couldn't fix. Makes me glad to be HER customer

I would avoid using Lincare. They have very difficult to deal with as a company when it comes to billing. Do not give them your credit card info for auto payments because it will be a nightmare to get them to stop. I have spent so much time calling, being on hold, talking to the local staff (who are all very nice but apparently not able to resolve my issues). Lincare sends supplies I don't need or the wrong parts and then I either have to go to the local office to return them or wait forever for a return label. I've called and talked to the national billing people who did eventually stop the auto-ship for supplies but have not been able to get in touch with anyone at the Valdosta regional office regarding my billing issues for the equipment. I've been on hold again for the third time today after someone at the local office told me they'd have billing call me to try and resolve my issues. It's a poorly run business, in my opinion.

Oxygen was ordered by EAMC for my 84 year old aunt...4 hours later we are still in hospital WAITING for them to come with another tank because the first one was empty. It is now 20 til 8pm. Terrible service from this Opelika Office of Lincare. Patients name is Mrs Carolyn Pearce

Very poor performance. I had to take the day off of work to accompany my elderly grandmother to their place of buisness. They gave failed to supply her with the the prescribed equipment because they can charge the insurance company more for switching the tanks. Corley drugs in Lagrange was able to get her the equipment the same day we called them after lyncare failed to do so for over a month. Incompetent and concerned more with making money than taking care of their patients.

All the negative reviews had me concerned but EAMC had already finalized the details of the oxygen prescription with Lincare so I just went with it because it was getting late on a Friday and I didn't feel like a fight. That said, the staff at Lincare was wonderful (Summer + 1 other woman) and they had everything ready for pickup before I arrived. They were also responsive to the 3 annoying phone calls I made (I was probably annoying. Not them) to them to verify it was all good. They also took the time to make sure I understood how everything worked and that I had enough supplies. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised by the entire experience and I would use them again. I do note that there are a lot of concerning reviews here so I thought I would take the time to write my own personal experience to alleviate anyone else's concerns about dong business with Lincare. That said, I cannot think of a single negative comment to report.

If I could give them a 0, I would. DO NOT USE LINCARE, they are incompetent, lazy and rude! I was told a nurse was on the way with the equipment I needed, she never came. I went to pick it up myself, was there before 5pm, and they were too lazy to pick up the phone to order the medication because it was too close to time for them to close.

Customer service is poor, do not recommend them at all! I would give them a zero if available. Rachel from Lincare, doesn’t do her job, denies talking to you, hangs up on you or just doesn’t answer her phone. You will have a better relationship with the answering service. They will order you products without your approval and you will never see them. You will get billed for supplies you never order!. Don’t be put on auto call order, because you will get phantom supplies without your approval. To solve any issue is a head ache will take you 7 months, if resolved at all. She will give you a run around. She feeds you just enough information to satisfy for that call, if she takes your call. What a head ache!!!
