I've been going to this place for about 4 months everything is so rough not relaxing at all. My big toe started to feel strange so I went to get a pedicure. Well I have a fungus and she still wanted to put polish on my toes I will never go to this place again. ?

If I could leave a 0 star review , I would . I went into the shop on Monday to get a full set and by Friday I was in pain due to three of my nails trying to come off . I made it through the pain Friday and returned to the shop on Saturday to let them know that I had came in Monday and my nails were already coming up . One of the employees suggested only gluing them down with a drop of glue , I politely declined and explained my fingers was in pain and I didn’t think the glue would help . The man then began fixing them the CORRECT way ..however , the man who actually fixed my nails was very rude , he also showed signs of having an attitude after I declined the single drop of glue . He was really rough fixing them after I explained multiple times that my entire finger was in pain . Before leaving I asked for my finger nail to be filed on the left side a little where it had been burned a little . He starts saying over and over how it was my fault after I kept explaining to him that I was aware of why the nail was burned and I was only asking him to fix it. He ignored me after the conversation so I had to ask a second time for the nail to be filed a little . He does it for 3 secs and stop but it was still a little area I wanted filed on the SAME nail because he did not file it correctly and he then goes to tell me it will be $5 . WORDT EXPERIENCE EVER !! I DO NOT RECOMMEND !! SPEND YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE !! I am extremely disappointed and I have never experienced such poor customer service !Service: Acrylic nails

Don’t go here! These ppl are low key transphobic and acted like they didn’t want to service me. Plus they injured my nails and I have suffered from scars due to the amount of sawing on my REAL NAILS! Plus they refused to refund me. Horrible and ghetto

This nail salon is by far my most favorite place to get my nails done. They do the best job with trimming my toenails making sure that there’s square on the sides and making sure that they are even, so when the polish is put on top my nails look fake, even when they’re not. That’s literally how perfect the shape is. They do a great job with Gel polish. They do a great job with powder also. Anytime I go to another nail salon, I am incredibly disappointed, and promised myself that I will never go anywhere else besides long nails ever again. By far the best nail salon I’ve ever been to. They do the best job at pink and White’s, acrylics, and just doing plain tips with gel on top. I have had these types of services done at many other salons, and sometimes they are so bad, I have to go to long nails to get them fixed afterwards. The waxing service is the best in Auburn. This is the only place I will go to get my eyebrows waxed. They give the best foot massages during pedicures. Some other salons don’t even do massages or if they do, it’s hardly at all. Also when I get my nails done at Long nails they last the longest. I have gone to many other salons where the polish falls off, chips off, or looks horrible after a few days. When I get my nails done here, they last weeks.Services: Nail art

I got my nails done there and it was almost $100 for a pedicure two pedicures and my nails to get done and my nails when they got done they looked all right but then I started noticing some of them were not even to the cuticle and then one of them crack like straight down the middle because they were too thin with the acrylic on them so yeah we're not recommend this place ever since the little cute short little lady left that place is going to hell

I have been going to Long Nails for about 15 years and they have been great!!!! Staff are friendly and service is good. The price for pedicure has gone up over the years, but what hasn't seen a price increase??? Would recommend this nail spa to others!

Super slow and I tried to make an appointment but they would not allow it. Waited over an hour just to get seated. But I like the results(medium individual lashes) ??♀️
