SHAUNDA WAS THE MOST AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSON AT ANY RETAIL STORE IVE BEEN TOO! She was fast. Efficient did not miss a beat, and when I say, she was absolutely tremendous, I mean from the bottom of my heart she needs a raise! My husband calls me the queen of returns because I don’t like to waste money so when I say in the customer service department, I’ve never seen anyone who didn’t miss something or have a horrible attitude. She was very sweet, upbeat, and efficient. She definitely needs a raise and y’all are lucky to have her.

My Aunt purchased a refrigerator from them and it was delivered today. As they were leaving, they ran over her water lines. She called lowes immediately and told them what happened. She was told that it would be 72 hours before the even reviewed her complaint. So is she supposed to go without water for 3 days? They then proceeded to hang up on her. Worst Customer Service EVER!!!!!
